Problem
During heating at the
working time of less

The bearing heating tip (14) can be used not only to free
bearings from axle housings, but also to free seized lambda
probes, pins or the ends of the steering rods.
To expand a given element in order to remove another
blocked element, one of the ends of the bearing heater
should be fixed in the device, then the heater should be
wrapped at least 3 times around the object to be heated
(the more coils, the faster it will heat up) and the other end
of the heater should be fixed in the device. Heat the
element until it comes loose. Loosen both tip fasteners and
release it from the device, then very carefully, remove the
heated element along with the tip wrapped around it, and
remove it only after it has cooled down completely.
Heating with a flat coil heating tip

This type of heating tip is suitable for removing stickers,
graphics, veneers, emblems, small strips as well as
motorbike decorative strips.
To remove any of the above, apply the heating tip to one
end of the element to be removed for a few seconds, just
so that you can get hold of it and peel it off. Repeat this
action gradually moving to the end of the element until it is
completely removed.
PLEASE NOTE: this process requires delicate approach and
experience, as improper handling may damage not only the
decoration, but also the varnish coating.
