Note: The device is suitable for whole milk, low-fat milk, organic, soy milk, etc. Despite this, it
is suggested to use cold whole milk for optimum results.

Steam tube knob
Note: The quality of the milk froth will depend on the milk type and temperature. It is
recommended to use whole and cold milk for best-quality results.
Open the left door. The steam tube knob is located in the top right-hand corner.
Turn the knob to the left to select more froth (thicker) or to the right for less froth (finer).
Clean the steam tube after each use in order to avoid future blockages.

Coffee grinder knob
Note: Do not pour ground, instant coffee or any other substances into the bean tank. NEVER
use coffee beans that have been stored in the freezer, that are roasted or sugared.
While the machine is operating, activate the coffee grinder knob located inside the coffee bean
tank in order to select bean's grinding level.
It is suggested to select grinding level 3.

Slow coffee flow means the coffee beans have been ground too finely. Press and turn the
coffee grinding level knob clockwise in order to select a coarser grinding. It is suggested to
select grinding level 3.
Fast and light coffee flow means the coffee beans have been ground too coarsely. Press and
turn the coffee grinding level knob anticlockwise in order to select a finer grinding level.
Level 1 - Fine grinding
Level 2 - Coarse grinding
It is suggested to clean the coffee grinder once a week in order to remove all the rests and
impurities.
Water hardness
Press the descaling button once to enter water hardness setting.
Use the arrow buttons to select water hardness:
1. Soft
2. Medium
3. Hard
4. Very hard
Coffee customization menu
Hold the MENU button down for 3 seconds to enter the
parameter settings and select the desired type of coffee.
