1. SAFETY WARNINGS
ො This appliance is not intended for being used by children from 0 to 8 years old. This ap-
pliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should not play with the appliance. Clean-
ing and maintenance shall not be performed by children.
ො For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a
rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical cir-
cuit. Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the man-

until the power has been disconnected.
ො This hot air styler should never be left unattended when plugged in.
ො Do not pull or wrap power cord around the hot air styler.
ො Never operate the hot air styler if it has a damaged cord or plug or if it has been dropped
into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
ො Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
ො The slots, openings and air vents on the appliance are for ventilation. Do not cover,
block them or insert any objects on them as it could lead to overheating.
