Voice guidance will provide useful indications to control the central unit remotely, according
to the instructions given in the table above. The next steps to directly control the central unit
are described below:
• When you receive confirmation from the voice guidance, enter the access code (user code)
followed by #.
• The voice guidance gives selectable options (same as those shown in the table above). NOTE:
The call ends automatically if you do not send any commands within 30 seconds.
Procedure 3 – App Android/IOS
IMPORTANT: Before using the app, make sure it has been paired with the phone number by
following the procedure in "Storing telephone numbers".
You can control and check any operation via SMS directly downloading the "Avidsen Security"
App on Google play store for Android devices or on AppStore for Apple devices. The App does
not require special remote connections (based on GSM technology) or registrations. This will
provide enhanced reliability and Privacy protection, which is fundamental for a secure control
of your alarm system from a distance.
The intuitive user-friendly interface will offer ease of use; the icon-based operations will let you
enter the different commands. In addition a very useful guide will help you use all the App features.
