9 Trouble-shooting

Please ensure that you check the following before contacting the BERNER service organization:
Symptom
Machine refuses to start Machine not plugged in
Fluctuating pressure
Motor busses
Machine stops
Fuse blows
Machine pulsating
Machine often starts
and stops by itself
Machine starts, but
no water comes out
Pump pressure drops
Original Instructions

Defective socket
Defective extension cable
Pump sucking air
or stuck
Pump seals worn out
Low voltage or
low temperature
Incorrect mains voltage
Thermal sensor activated
Nozzle partially blocked
Fuse too small
Inadequate supply of

Recommended action
Plug in machine.
Try another socket.
Try without the extension cable.
Check that hoses and connections are air-
tight.
