FUNCTION KEYS

TARE This function helps to weigh only the mass of the contents inside of a
container:
1. Place the container on the checkweigher.
2. Press the TARE key. The display should read "0".
3. Place the contents to be weighed in the container.
MODE – weight unit selection (each key press shifts to the next unit – kg to lbs,
oz., and back)
PCS – piece counting
1. Press and hold PSC, and press MODE briefly to choose the quantity
(25/50/75/100).
2. Place the number of pieces selected in the previous step on the checkweigher.
3. Press the PSC key again.
4. Place the pieces to be counted again on the checkweigher.
5. The display will read the actual quantity.
3.3.4. AUTO HOLD FEATURE:
With the checkweigher stable, the display reading will freeze automatically when
the message "hold" flashes six times. The display reading does not change until all
weight is removed from the deck.
Lifting the hold feature:
• Place objects on the checkweigher;
• Remove all objects from the checkweigher.
3.3.5. CALIBRATION:
1. Press and hold the MODE key for 6 seconds until the display reads "CAL" and
"5000g".
2. Press TARE to select 5000 or 10,000 g.
3. Press MODE to confirm the selection.
4. Place an object on the checkweigher the weight of which has been selected in
the previous steps.
5. After 2–3 seconds, the display will read "PASS" if the calibration is successful.
