This setting is only available in EMS mode. The Off Time
controls the time of relaxation between two cycles. By
pressing the control, the
relaxation time can be adjust-
ed. Both channels' stimulation
is cycled on and off by the
contraction and relaxation
settings. The range is adjust-
able from 0 to 90 seconds. In Alternate mode, the OFF time
should be equal or more than the ON time.

Program mode

The programs are chosen by pressing or in program
mode. The programs run with pre-defined settings that can
not be altered (except in intensity).
