Problem
After turning on the
stabilizer, the screen does not
display anything

Check the input voltage and
the fuse
The exit delay function is
active, wait 6 seconds/180
seconds
The input voltage is outside
the range supported by the
stabilizer (it is lower or
higher). Check the input
voltage.
