Popcorn
Suitable for popcorn which is available from shops in 3.0
or 3.5 ounce packs. If you hear the popcorn slowing to 1
pop every 1-2 seconds, press the Pause/Cancel button
to stop the popping process

This setting is suitable to warm 0.2~1.0 kg, such as a
plate of cold food with good results.

Beverage
To heat a 250 or 500 ml cup. The liquid temperature is
about 5-10°C. Use a large mouthed cup and do not seal

Warm 1 or 2 portions of pizza

Potato
Cooking potato cubes. Cut into 5 mm cubes. Total weight
is about 0.45 or 0.65 kg. Place the cubes on a large dish
and cover the dish with a thin film to prevent water loss

Suitable to cook 1 or 2 portions of frozen meal.

Rice
Suitable to cook 0.1~0.5 kg rice.

Suitable to cook 0.1~0.5 kg vegetables.
Caution
• The temperature of food before cooking should be 20-25°C. Higher or lower food
temperatures before cooking would require longer or shorter cooking times.
• The temperature, weight and shape of the food will largely influence the cooking
effect. If any differences are found with the table above, you can adjust the
cooking time for best results.

Press the Auto Cooking button to set the cooking program

Set the cooking weight by turning the Time/Weight knob

Start cooking by pressing the Instant/Start button and the LED
will count down to show running time.
Automatic Start (Delayed Function)
If you do not want the program be started immediately, you can preset the cooking
program and time and the preset program will be automatically started at your set
time.
The setting will consist of 2 steps:
• Setting the current clock;
• Setting the cooking program and time.

Example: Now it is 12:30 o'clock: you want the microwave oven to automatcally
start cooking at 100P microwave power for 9 minutes and 30 seconds at 14:20

Hold the Defrost/Clock button for 3 seconds

Set the hours by turning the Time/Weight knob

Press the Defrost/Clock button again to confirm the hours

Set the minutes by turning the Time/Weight knob

Press the Defrost/Clock button once or wait for 5 seconds for the
time to stop flashing.

Set the cooking program time

Select the cooking power by pressing the Micro Power button

Turn the Time/Weight button to set the cooking time

Hold the Defrost/Clock button for 3 seconds to return to the
current time.

Set the time you want to start. Repeat steps 1.2, 1.3, 1.4

Press the Defrost/Clock button to confirm the programmed time.
Now the program has been activated and the program will start
at 14:20.

You can check the programmed starting time by pressing the
Defrost/Clock button.
Multi-Sequence Cooking
To obtain the best cooking results, some recipes call for different cooking modes and
times. You can set up your personalized program as follows:

for 9 minutes. This is a 2 sequence setting.

Caution
• When the microwave power cooking at 100P is finished, the oven will begin
grilling automatically.
• A maximum of 4 sequences can be set at once by repeating the steps.
