A. GENERAL GUIDELINES
•. Mount.the.detector.so.that.the.receiving.window/
sensor. has. an. un-obstructed. view. of. the. road.
ahead.
•. The.BTST.can.be.positioned.within.5°.of.horizontal.
without significantly degrading performance.
•. Do.not.mount.directly.behind.windscreen.wipers.
•. Do. not. mount. behind. a. mirrored. sunscreen,. as.
it has a thin layer of aluminium on a plastic film
which.will.block.radar/laser.signals..If.you.have.a.
heat reflective screen, you should have a 'GPS
Gap'. by. the. interior. mirror. where. you. can. mount.
the.BTST.
