PRECAUTIONS

DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must
not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old
appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and
recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human
health and the environment.
The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation,
that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning
the correct disposal of their old appliance.
Do not put anything under or on top of the oven. An object
so placed could be burned.
If the oven is positioned too close to a wall, the wall may be
burned or stained. Make sure that no curtains or similar are
in contact with the appliance.
Do not put anything on the oven while using it, the heat
could cause deformation, cracking, etc.
Any bottled or tinned food can not be heated directly as the
bottle or tin may be damaged and cause scalding.
Be careful not to burn yourself during use or immediately
after use! The metal parts and glass door become very hot
during use. Make sure you do not touch them when opening
or closing the door.
AC power must be taken from a properly wired outlet. Fully
insert the oven's plug into the power outlet. Otherwise it
may overheat. Do not use an electric light outlet. Never plug
in several power plugs into the same outlet.
