PRINCESS CLASSIC TABLE CHEF MASTER XL is ideal for frying and roasting without fat and for
enjoying barbecued food at the table. The non-stick coating on the griddle prevents sticking and is easy to
clean. The indicator lights and the adjustable thermostat make the PRINCESS CLASSIC TABLE CHEF
MASTER XL a highly practical appliance.
Before using the appliance for the first time, we recommend that you clean the griddle and remove any
stickers.

TIPS FOR USE

Make sure the griddle is placed on a sturdy table or other stable surface. Do not place it on a (hot) stove
or hob. Place the plug into the socket and set the thermostat button to the desired temperature. It will take
around 10 minutes to heat up. You can use this time to prepare the ingredients. When the griddle reaches
the correct temperature, the temperature lamp will illuminate.
The cooking time and temperature setting will depend on the chosen dish or ingredients. You can, of
course, experiment with the cooking time and the temperature setting to get the best results.
Small pieces of meat, fish etc. will be cooked through faster than large pieces.
Turn meat and fish once only in order to prevent them from drying out. For the same reason, it is better to
use a spatula than to prick with a fork.
Use a wooden or plastic spatula on the griddle. Do not use metal implements as these could damage the
non-stick coating.
Note: during cooking, the temperature light will flicker. This is normal and shows that the thermostat is
working properly. Remove the plug from the socket when the griddle is not in use.
CLEANING
Remove the plug from the socket and also remove the thermostat from the griddle plate before the
appliance is cleaned. Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning.
Clean the griddle after each use. This prevents leftover food from becoming encrusted in the appliance.
Let the PRINCESS CLASSIC TABLE CHEF MASTER XL cool down after use. Never pour cold water
onto the griddle. This may damage the appliance and can cause spattering of hot water. Do not use abrasive
or strong detergents.
Clean the griddle using kitchen paper. Soak stubborn leftovers with cooking oil first and leave to dissolve
for 5 minutes. The outside of the base can be wiped down with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning,
the griddle can be washed in the washing-up or in the dishwasher. Keep the temperature regulator cord
dry at all times. The appliance's power connection point must be dry before the appliance is used again.
PRINCESS TIPS
- This griddle is only suitable for household use.
- Make sure that the cord, or extension cord if necessary, is placed where no one can stumble
over it and away from the hot griddle.
- Do not use the equipment if it is damaged, or if the lead is damaged. Sent it to our
Service Department to avoid a hazard. With this type of appliance, a damaged cord
should only be replaced by our Service Department using special tools.
- Ensure children do not use the griddle unsupervised. The griddle gets very hot. Of course
be careful yourself, as well. Allow the griddle to cool down completely before moving it
or tidying it away.
- Plug this appliance only into an earthed outlet.
