INTENDED USE
Neo spire is a device for respiratory physiotherapy specifically designed for the removal of tracheobronchial secretions in
a physiological manner without the need to stimulate cough, without irritating the patient's airway and without requiring the
need for cooperation from the patient.
It can be used in health care structures like hospitals and in home care. The product should be used by legally authorized
medical personnel (doctors, nurses and therapists), by the home therapist, or by the patients themselves under the guidance
of qualified medical personnel. It is highly recommended, to ensure proper functioning and to extend the life of the device,
that the health professional and/or the patient read and understand the device use and maintenance information.
The device does not require lubrication, is manageable, simple to use, reliable, resistant and quiet.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
The manufacturer makes every effort to ensure that every product is of the highest quality and safety; how-
ever, as for any electrical device, basic safety regulations must always be followed in order to avoid harming
persons and things.
• Before using the product for the first time, and periodically during its lifetime, check the integrity of the
device structure and of the power cable to make sure there is no damage. In the event of damage, do not
plug in the cable and immediately take the product to an authorised FLAEM service centre or to your local
dealer.
• The average estimated life of accessories is one year. However, in order to assure continued maximum
therapeutic effectiveness of accessories kit, single-patient use is advisable and it should be replaced
every six months during intensive utilisation periods.
• Children and people who are not self-sufficient must use the device under the close supervision of an
adult who has read this manual.
