Description
Lower lift table completely
Oil level up to top edge of filler neck.
Lower lift table completely.
Disconnect hydraulic hose.
Unscrew coupling sleeve from the hose.
Undo the filler neck threaded connection.
Hold the hose in a collecting container.
Pump the oil out of the tank (Press "Raise" button)
Move lift table against mechanical end stop several times
Press "Raise" button for 2-3 seconds.
Check hydraulics lines, valves, piping, hoses, couplings,
threaded connections
Tighten threaded connections showing traces of oil.
Replace any damaged parts.
Bleed the hydraulics system my moving the lift table against the
mechanical end stop several times.
Replace all hydraulics hoses every 6 years.
General visual inspection and functional check of all mechanical
connections.
If the protection strip is not in perfect working order, the lift
table must be shut down
