For stationary lift tables:
6. Push lift table into desired position and align.
7. Check correct position using raising and lowering functions
8. Slightly raise the lift table on the infeed side, push the floor plates under the floor roll-
ers, align and fix in place.
9. Mount foot safety bar (5) on scissor leg if necessary (FE/FCE)
10. Functional Check
Raise and lower the lift table several times without any load
Check operation of foot protection contact strip.

HUTDOWN
Shut down the lift table when work is completed or interrupted.
Switch off hydraulic power unit
Pull out mains plug.
Switch off the main switch.
8. T
EST
A test before initial commissioning is required for lift tables in a complete system.
Different national safety conditions apply to lift tables transporting the operator / persons. In
Germany: Test by expert before initial commissioning.
Annual test by an expert.
Creation and retention of a test report.
Maintenance of a test log for lift tables which transport operators and > 2 m lift
