TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Symptom

1. Worn inlet hose
2. Worn O-Ring
3. Coupler problem
1. Hose/cable is longer than
specified
2.
Outside diameter of hose
is larger than specification.

Hose/cable was not hand
guided onto reel and
wound up evenly on drum
1. Swivel seals are damaged
or worn.

Corrective Action
1. Tighten hose clamp or replace the hose
2. Replace O-Ring
3. Tighten coupler or replace
1. Cut down hose/cable to meet reels specified
capacity
2. Replace hose/cable with a hose that
meets the specified maximum outside
diameter requirements.
3. Hand guide hose/cable on to drum to wrap
evenly as it is wound onto the reel.
