4. Attach hand lever to handle by aligning holes and
securing with one bolt (A), three washers (G) and
one nut (F). (See Figure 3)
NOTE: Hand lever can be attached to either
side of handle.

5. Attach release bar to hand lever by aligning holes
and securing with one bolt (E), three washers (G) and
one nut (F). (See Figure 4)

6. Attach bottom of release bar to magnetic sweeper
base by aligning with eyehook and securing with
two washers (H), one bolt (D), one washer (G) and
one nut (F). (See Figure 5)

NOTE: Hardware must be placed in order,
shown in Figure 5, to ensure release bar is fully
attached.
NOTE: Once release bar is
fully attached, raising the
hand lever will lift magnet so
that debris can be released.
(See Figure 6)
7. Slide each wheel onto threaded bolts on each
side of magnetic sweeper base. Secure with
pre-attached nuts. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: Do not overtighten. Wheels must be able
to spin freely.
