WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANT Y OR
CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILIT Y, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-
INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALIT Y, OR RESULTING FROM A COURSE OF
DEALING, LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED
BY HERMÈS, ITS SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS (IF ANY).
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hermès is not responsible for any
consequential, special, incidental, exemplary, or indirect damages arising from
or related to your purchase or use of the charging change tray volt'H, regardless
of the legal theory on which any such damages may be based (including contract,
tort, or product liability), and even if Hermès has been advised of the possibility
of any such damages. Hermès' aggregate liability for any damages arising out of
or related to your purchase or use of the charging change tray volt'H is limited to
an amount equal to the original purchase price of the charging change tray volt'H.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so
the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of the

Warranty or limitation of liability is void or unenforceable, that provision shall be
deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.
Warranty provisions specific to Australia
Please note that nothing in the International Warranty as set out above excludes,
restricts, or modifies the protections available to you under the Australian
Consumer Law. In particular, the following specific Australian warranty pro-
visions shall apply to your Hermès charging change tray volt'H bought and
submitted for replacement, repair, or refund in Australia.
Our charging change tray volt'H is subject to a guarantee that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or
refund of your charging change tray volt'H in the event of a major failure of said
charging change tray volt'H.
Under the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law, in cases where a failure
does not amount to a major failure, Hermès reserves the right to choose between
providing you with a repair, replacement, or refund. Hermès also reserves the
right to have the charging change tray volt'H assessed to determine whether it
fails to be of acceptable quality.

Nothing in this document is intended to restrict your rights, or any remedies avail-
able to you, under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
