Legal warranty of conformity
Hermès warrants that your charging change tray volt'H will be fit for the use
ordinarily expected of similar goods and that it will present the characteristics
described at the time of purchase. Hermès also takes responsibility for any non-
conformity resulting from the packaging of your charging change tray volt'H. This
warranty will only apply in the event of your making the claim within two (2) years
from the date of delivery of the goods. Any non-conformity that appears within
twenty-four (24) months of the date of delivery is presumed to exist at the time of
delivery, in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
You are entitled to choose between the repair or replacement of your charging
change tray volt'H unless your choice results in a manifestly disproportionate
cost to Hermès.
In accordance with legal requirements regarding the circular economy:
– any product repaired under the legal warranty of conformity will benefit from a
six-month extension of said warranty;
– if you choose to have your charging change tray volt'H repaired but the repair
is not implemented, you may then, either as of the date of Hermès' decision not
to repair, or at the end of a period of one month following your request to repair
that was not fulfilled within that period, request the replacement of your charging
change tray volt'H, which in this case will be accompanied by a renewal of the
legal warranty of conformity.
Should the repair or replacement of your charging change tray volt'H prove impos-
sible within the framework of the warranty, you have the option of being refunded

the purchase price and returning your charging change tray volt'H, except in the
case of a minor defect. Refunding of the purchase price, replacement, or repair
will be performed free of charge.
Legal warranty of latent defects
Hermès provides a warranty against latent defects of the charging change tray
volt'H which render it unsuitable for the ordinarily expected use thereof, or which
reduce this use to such an extent that you would not have purchased it had you
been aware of them. This warranty will only apply in the event of your claiming
it within two (2) years from the date of discovery of the defect. In the event of a
latent defect, you will have a choice between returning your charging change tray
volt'H and being refunded the purchase price. In any event, the onus will be on
you to provide proof that the conditions applicable to the warranty are satisfied.
Warranty provisions specific to the USA
Please note that, in addition to the International Warranty as set out above, the
following specific USA warranty provisions shall apply to your Hermès charging
change tray volt'H bought and submitted for replacement or repair in the USA.
Some states in the USA do not allow limitations on how long an implied war-
ranty lasts, so the above limitation of two (2) years may not apply to you. THE
WARRANT Y SET OUT ABOVE IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND HERMÈS' SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE LIABILIT Y, FOR ANY DEFECTS IN YOUR HERMÈS CHARGING CHANGE
TRAY VOLT'H.
