D- MANTENIMIENTO
Por ser una máquina de muy simple
mecanismo su
mantenimiento se limita a un engrase
periódico de
todos sus elementos de giro.
Esta labor debe realizarse con la tolva y el
rastrillo
en posición de reposo y el tractor parado.
E- ANTES DE EMPEZAR
A TRABAJAR
Para que la máquina trabaje en sus debidas
condiciones es necesario:
1. Examinar el terreno para determinar los
puntos
peligrosos y la forma de trabajar.
2. Verificar que ningún pistón, manguera o el
mando
no tenga ninguna pérdida de aceite. Podría ser
causa de una bajada brusca de la tolva o el
rastrillo
y provocar algún accidente.
3. Verificar el nivel de aceite hidráulico del
tractor.
4. Comprobar la máquina en vacío haciéndola
funcionar.
5. Si se encuentra cualquier anomalía en el
funcionamiento, debe ser eliminada antes de
empezar el trabajo.
6. No está permitido transportar piedras ni
otro
material cualquiera por carretera. Ni, por
supuesto,
personas.
D- MAINTENANCE

E- BEFORE BEGINNING

use.

by road. This applies to people also.
D- ENTRETIEN
Comme il s'agit d'une machine au mécanisme
très
simple, l'entretien se limite à un graissage
périodique
de tous les éléments giratoires.
Pour effectuer ce graissage la trémie et le
rateau
doivent être en position de repos et le tracteur
arrêté
.
E- AVANT DE COMMENCER LE
TRAVAIL
Pour que la machine travaille dans de bonnes
conditions
il faut :
1. Examiner le terrain pour déterminer les points
dangereux et la faÁon de travailler.
2. Vérifier qu'aucun piston, qu'aucune manche ou
que
la commande ne perdent l'huile. Ceci pourrait faire
que la trémie ou le râteau retombent brusquement
et
qu'ils provoquent un accident.
3. Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique du tracteur.
4. Vérifier la machine à vide en la faisant
fonctionner.
5. Si l'on détecte une anomalie quelconque dans le
fonctionnement, celle-ci doit être réparée avant de
commencer à travailler.
6. Il n'est pas permis de transporter des pierres ou
un
matériel quelconque sur la route. Et surtout pas de
personnes.
