INSTALLING THE DUCT wHEN THE HOOD IS TO BE USED FOR RECIRCULATION
If the hood is used for recirculation, the cover panel must be installed against the ceiling to cover the duct.
The duct is installed as follows:

Measure the placement of the bracket and
mark the position of the holes on the wall.
NOTE: The bracket must be positioned so
that it matches the holes in the duct.

Place the duct on the hood.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

INTERNAL MOTOR
A hood with an internal motor must be connected to the electrical grid using the attached Schuko plug.
NOTE: The hood must be grounded.
EXTERNAL MOTOR
when installing a hood with an external motor it is important NOT to use common zero when installing hood and motor, as this will affect func-
tioning.
NOTE: The hood and motor must be grounded.

Pre-drill the holes and insert the rawlplugs.

Push the topmost section of the duct up-
wards and attach it to the bracket with two
self-tapping screws.

Screw the bracket and cover panel onto the
wall.

Attach the lowermost part of the duct se-
curely to the brackets on the hood using two
self-tapping screws.
