10. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

WARNING! Maintenance must be carried out by technical staff trained and enabled for intervention
on the flammable refrigerants.
WARNING! Any work carried out on the appliance by the user strictly requires the power plug being
disconnected from the mains socket.
ATTENTION! Use protective shoes and gloves during maintenance operations.

Check the acceptable condition of warning plates
11. INNER CLEANING
ATTENTION! BEFORE CLEANING, REMOVE THE POWER SUPPLY PLUG.
By tank cleaning, proceed as follows
1.
Place the goods in special refrigerated containers, kept at the same temperature.
2.
Leave the doors open and begin the operation of tank washing when the tank temperature is the same as the ambient
temperature.
3.
Before cleaning the tank the inside temperature must be equal to the ambient temperature.
4.
Proceed with washing and drying the internal chamber with a cloth using neutral PH detergent and fresh water.
5.
Clean inside the drawers, with a damp sponge cloth, without detergents or solvents.
6.
Then plug the unit and wait till the appliance reaches the right temperature before filling it again.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Never use a water hose or a high-pressure jet to clean the vending machine.
ATTENTION! Do not use jet of water to clean the cabinet: electrical wiring could be
damaged.
ATTENTION! Never use mechanical devices or any other means to accelerate the
defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
ATTENTION! During loading and cleaning operations, do not stress the following electrical
parts: electronic board, door switch, door wiring interconnections and do not clean these
parts with a wet cloth.

12. OUTER CLEANING

ATTENTION! BEFORE CLEANING, REMOVE THE POWER SUPPLY PLUG.
To guarantee smooth vending machine operation, cleaning operations should be carried out regularly:
1. EXTERNAL BODY: When necessary, the external body should be cleaned with a cloth and a neutral soap and water
solution.
2. STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES: Wash with warm water and mild detergent, rinse well and dry with soft cloth. Avoid
scouring pads etc. which will spoil the finish of the stainless steel.
3. SURFACES IN PLASTIC MATERIAL: Wash with warm water and mild detergent, rinse well and dry with soft cloth;
under no circumstances should alcohol, methylated spirits or solvents be used.
4. GLASS SURFACES: Only use products specifically designed for glass cleaning; It is not advisable to use ordinary water
which can leave a film of calcium on the surface of the glass.
5.
Clean the area nearby the vending machine (not to use products containing wax, in the cleaning of the floor).
ATTENTION! Do not use jet of water to clean the cabinet: electrical wiring could be
damaged.
ATTENTION! Never use mechanical devices or any other means to accelerate the
defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
