This product must not be disposed of in the normal household rubbish but
should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and elec-
tronic appliances. The symbol on the article, user guide and packaging notifies
you of this responsibility. The raw materials used in the manufacture of this product
are suitable for recycling. The recycling of used appliances or raw materials makes
an important contribution to the protection of our environment. Contact your local
government for information about designated collection points.

Quality
Safety and quality are very important to HEMA. We have our own laboratory, which
assesses all equipment in terms of electrical safety and ease of use before they are
included in our range. HEMA also monitors product quality in collaboration with the
manufacturer.
Security
This HEMA article may be fitted with a plastic anti-theft strip. You will find the strip on
the bottom of the product. This strip does not affect the quality or operation of the
product and can be removed without problem.
Faults and repairs
In the unlikely event that a fault should develop, return the appliance to a HEMA
branch. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Ensure that the device is well
packaged before returning, preferably using the original packaging. If the appliance
is within the warranty period, bring the warranty document with you.
Warranty conditions
We guarantee quality
• HEMA B.V. fully guarantees the product named on the warranty receipt against all
defects in material and manufacturing.
• The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase for all domestic electrical
appliances.
The warranty on this product is invalidated if:
1. the defect occurs through incorrect or improper use, neglect, connection to the
wrong power voltage, or if dropped or knocked;
2. you have attempted to repair the article yourself, or have had it repaired by a
