This machine should not be used by people whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are
diminished (including children), or by people with little experience or know-how, except if they
can be assisted by another person responsible for their safety and vigilance and are able to give
them instructions pertaining to the use of the machine.
It is also convenient to supervise children so as to assure they maintain a safe distance from the
machine.
The user should comply with the safety regulations in force in the country where the machine is
installed and the periodical servicing operations should be assured.
The user should stand on a wooden platform and should avoid using the machine barefoot or
with wet feet.
The user should avoid touching the outlet groups of hot water and steam because they are very
hot.

Before using the machine for the first time, remove the stainless steel plastic protections and
clean it using a mild detergent.
The machine should not be installed close to inflammable products or products that can be heat
defected. If this is not possible, the machine place has to be isolated with a good thermic non-
inflammable material.
