Installation of the top roller and drive

1.
Place the spacer and flange bearing on
both sides of the top roller on the shaft.
See fig. 4.7
2.
Place the key in the key bed and slide
the drive onto to the shaft. Add a drop of oil
to make it easier to slide.
3.
Move the top roller upwards using a
forklift truck up and fix the flange bearings
using the previously positioned carriage
bolts (see point 6 under 4.6). Use washers
and self-locking nuts. The O-rings can stay
where they are.
4.
Check carefully that the top roller is level.
5.
Install the drive support of the drive on to
the console with carriage bolts, washers
and self-locking nuts.

Check whether the drive is hanging
vertically.

Place the crank in the drive.

Installing the bottom beam
1.
Remove the packaging of the top roller.
2.
Insert the crank in the drive, disconnect
the engine brake and manually completely
pull down the door panel.
See fig. 4.10
3.
Pull the door panel from the guide.
4.
Slide the bottom beam over the holder
profile of the door panel and divide it until
the side space between the bottom beam
and the wall guides is the same on both
sides.

Do not yet fasten the door panel and
bottom beam!

Check the height of the door opening.

Open and close the door manually at least
10 times, or use the push buttons (in dead
man mode) after connecting it to the power
supply.
6.
Check again that the bottom beam is cen-
tred correctly in relation to the wall guides.
If this is the case, attach the door panel on
both sides of the bottom beam with M8
flange head screws.

Note! Make sure that the door panel
is tight and that the door panel is
fixed properly on both sides!
