6. Screw grinder cap into place until it is tight. Do not over-tighten.
7. Locate motor housing on a firm surface. It is important that the air passage
at the bottom and the back of motor housing should be kept free and not
obstructed.
8. Make sure that the switch is off. Plug the unit and then switch on.
9. Cut all foods into pieces so that they fit easily into hopper opening. Feed
foods into hopper plate of grinder head. Most foods will feed automatically
into the grinder. Use also the food pusher. After use, switch the unit off and
unplug the power cord.

TO MAKE KUBBE
1. Place kubbe attachment A and B onto feed screw shaft together, fitting lips in the slots.
2. Screw grinder cap into place until tight. Do not over-tighten.
3. Prepare the kubbe ingredients for outer cover, and turn the unit on.
4. Feed foods into the hopper plate of the grinder head. Use the food pusher. When you finish, switch
the unit off and disconnect the power cord.
RECIPE
Stuffing
1 ½ tablespoon
olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon
flour
1 ½ tablespoon
onion (cut finely)

mutton
1/3 teaspoon
all spice
½ teaspoon
salt
Grind mutton once or twice
Fry onion until it becomes brown and add minced mutton, all spice, salt and flour.
Outer Cover
150 – 200g
flour
450g
lean meat
1 teaspoon
all spice

A pinch
powdered red pepper
Dash

Grind meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
More meat and less flour for outer cover create better consistency and taste.
Grind the mixture three times.
Remove cutting plate and cutting blade, fit kubbe attachment and take out cylindrical food. Use food
pusher to feed from hopper plate into grinder head.
Form kubbe as illustrated below and deep fry.
