any residue.

Place the appliance on a heat-proof, sturdy and level surface.

Leave sufficient space between the appliance and walls and other flammable
objects, such as curtains.
9.
Ensure that all switches are set to the 0/OFF/AUS position.
10. Plug the power cord of the appliance into an electrical outlet (220–240 V ~
AC). As soon as the appliance is connected to the mains supply the indica-
tor light is illuminated.
11. Using the temperature selector switch, set the appliance to 230°C and turn
the timer to 30 minutes.
12. Open the window during this burn-in phase. After pre-heating the appliance
there may already be visible traces of use; however, these do not affect the
function of the appliance and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
13. Switch off the appliance (all switches on 0/OFF/AUS and allow the appli-
ance to cool completely.
14. Now your appliance is ready for use.

OPERATION

1.
Prepare the dish as desired.
2.
Plug the power cord of the appliance into an electrical outlet (220–240 V~
AC). As soon as the appliance is connected to the mains supply the indicator
light is illuminated.
3.
Use the temperature regulator to set the desired temperature.
4.
Via the timer, select the desired cooking time between 0 and 30 by setting
the timer control to the desired operating time. Turn the timer once to the
maximum possible time and then back to the desired minutes. This ensures
safe switching of the timer. After this time has elapsed, a signal tone sounds
and the heating elements of the appliance switch off. If you want to prepare
a dish that takes longer than 30 minutes in the oven, it may be necessary to
set the timer several times. Naturally, you can readjust the timer settings at
any time while the oven is in operation.
5.
Place the food in the oven and close the glass door of the appliance.
ƒ Grill grate: Suitable for food to be baked, and food in baking pans, and also
as a holder for the baking sheet. The baking sheet can be placed on the
grill grate.
ƒ Baking sheet: Suitable preparation of foods that require water or that lose
liquid during the cooking process. Caution: When using the baking sheet, you
must always slide the grill grate into the appliance and then place the baking
sheet on top of the grill grate!
