5.2 PETROL CONVERTERS

PROBLEM
The motor doesn´t work
The electric generator is
overheating
5.3 ELECTRONICS CONVERTERS
Make sure that the current is off during repairs.
PROBLEM
Not working,
green led (1) OFF
Red led (2) ON
Red led (3) ON
but it overheats
FRECUENCY CONVERTERS
AFGH2000, AFGB2000, AFDY2000, AFDH4500, AFE, BOXEL
1.- Check the gas level.
2.- Check the gas admission key is open.
3.- Check the choke postition .
1.- Clean the air ventilation (inlet and outlet).
2.- The connecting vibrating pokers exceed the converters
CAUSE
See if it has power
Check cord
Check plug
Converter burnt
Stator poker burnt
Converter burnt
Overload >30A
Instantaneous overcurrent >60A
Defective poker
Short circuit between motor phases
Verify the input voltage of the converter.
Verify the fan
