1. Explanation of product marking symbols
Identi cation of the connection point for the pro-
tective conductor for devices of protection class I
Protection against electric shocks through protective
conductor terminal
The product must be used only with alternating current.

2. Safety Notes
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
• Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the
speci cations.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the
warranty.
• Keep this product, as all electrical products, out of the reach of
children!
• The product may only be operated with the type of power supply
network described on the name plate.
• Before mounting, check that the wall you have chosen is suitable
for the weight to be mounted. Also make sure that there are no
electric, water, gas or other lines running through the wall at the
mounting site.
• The product is intended for indoor use only.
• Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself. Leave
any and all service work to quali ed experts.
• Do not continue to operate the device if it becomes visibly
damaged.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and
only use it in a dry environment.
Warning
• The device may only be operated on a 230 V 50 Hz AC voltage
supply. Work with the 230 V mains supply may only be carried
out by electricians certi ed in your country. The applicable
accident prevention regulations are to be observed.
• To avoid an electric shock from the device, please disconnect
the mains voltage (switch off circuit breaker). Failure to obser-
ve the installation instructions can cause re or other hazards.
Risk of electric shock
• Do not open the product. Do not continue to operate the
product if it is damaged, which may be indicated by smoke,
odour or loud noises. Immediately contact your dealer or our
service department (see item "Service and Support").
• The light source of this light is not replaceable; when the light
source has reached the end of its life, you need to replace the
entire light.

3. Mounting
• Switch off the fuse (fuse box) that corresponds to the room in
which you want to install the lamp.
Verify that the wires are dead using a suitable measuring device
(for example, multimeter).
• Pull the supplied cable protection conduits over the wires on
your ceiling (see Pic 1), and shorten the conduits accordingly.
• Remove the cover of the lamp by turning anti-clockwise.
• Pull the wires through the hole with the rubber insulation.
• Mount the lamp using the supplied screws and rawl plugs.
• Connect the wires to the terminal block of the lamp (see Pics 2
and 3).
• Put the cover back on the lamp.
4. It's so simple:
• Just download the app Hama Smart Solution from the Apple
app store or the Google Play store
• Start the Hama Smart Solution app
• If you're using it for the rst time, you'll have to register and
create a new account. If you already have an account, log in
using your login details
• The LED should start ashing quickly (if it does not, then switch
it off and back on three times quickly).
• Now click + in the upper-right corner and select Lighting
Devices.
• Con rm that the lamp ashes quickly.
• Now enter the name of your WiFi network and the password,
and con rm with Con rm.
• The lamp will now be connected. Once the connection has been
established, the lamp stops ashing
• Now you can set up, control and con gure your WiFi Smart LED
lamp using the app
