Troubleshooting the Naída CI Q70
If no sound is heard or the red LED is flashing once per second on the Naída CI Q70 processor
LED when the headpiece is in place over the implant, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Visually inspect the cable for any damage or breakage and verify it is firmly attached to

the headpiece and sound processor.
Remove any materials (hat, scarf, headband, etc.) that may be covering the microphone.
