• To safely use this system it is essential the fitters, users and technicians follow the safety procedures described in
this manual.
• Specific warnings and warning symbols are displayed on the components if necessary.
Caution:
• The person using this system is responsible for it and must check that the video surveillance compiles with the
laws applicable in the country of use.
• Even though the cameras are digital, they are subject to interference from wireless phones, micro-wave ovens and
other wireless devices operating on 2.4 GHz (WIFI for example).
• Keep the system MORE than 3 m from these devices during installation and use.
Note:
• All the active electronic components are sensitive to human electrostatic charges. Consequently, before any work
on these products, it is imperative to discharge the user's static electricity (for example by placing a finger on one
of the 2 battery contacts in the control box, either the red or the black wire).
• Any damage resulting from the failure to follow these instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

Generality
The monitor is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Remember to charge it for at least 12 hours before using it
for the first time (2 hours autonomy when operating and 6 hours when on standby). This videophone consists of an
interior unit with a colour screen, a hands-free intercom and a wall mounted outside station making it possible to
see and speak to the visitor who has rung. To make the best use of the device, take the time to carefully read this
user manual and do not forget to keep it to hand.
Caution: If you test your videophone before installing it (short distance test) keep a minimum distance between the
monitor and the outside station of about 3 m (risk of saturation, Larsen effect)
