Cake Pops
Ingredients:

2 eggs
•
1/2 cup oil
•
1 cup sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1 cup flour
•
1 tsp baking soda
Steps:
•
Mix together well your ingredients, then add in the pecans and carrots.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
•
Serve with butter cream frosting.

8 tbsp butter (softened()
•
2 cups sugar
•
3 eggs
•
2 cups flour
•
1/2 tsp baking soda
Steps:

Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in eggs.
•
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into egg mixture and add
the butter milk.
•
Add the lemon juice and zest.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
•
Serve with butter cream frosting.
