3. Installation on Luminance Brands Fans Having a
Modular Switch Housing with Center Screw

Insert the Black and White Wires from the Light Fixture
Assembly through the Switch Housing Center Hole
(Figure 5) .
Thread the Switch Housing onto the Light Fixture
Assembly (Figure 5) .
NOTE: To prevent the wires from twisting, hold the
wires taut while installing the switch housing.
Tighten the Light Fixture Assembly until it fits securely
against the Switch Housing and the Fan Speed Control
Chain aligns with one of the Holes in the Light Fixture
Assembly Flange (Figure 5) .
NOTE: It is critical that the fan chain(s) are aligned
with hole(s) in the light fixture assembly flange for
smooth operation of the fan switch(es).

Insert the Black and White Wires through the
Lockwasher and Hex Nut (supplied) (Figure 6),
Firmly tighten the Hex Nut to secure the Light Fixture
Assembly to the Switch Housing using a wrench .
