Problem
No function when Operating
Switch (11) is operated
Unstable load lifting
Cable (2) jammed
Disposal
Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that
are no longer functional and are not viable for repair.
• Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE), with household waste
• Contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct
way to dispose of power tools

Possible cause
No power
Defective Operating Switch
Load mass is not centred
Hoist is offset from load
The Cable has tangled itself on the Cable Drum (5)
Solution
Check power supply
Replace the Operating Switch at an authorised Silverline service
centre
Lower the load and rearrange the hook attachment
Ensure the load is correctly aligned with the hoist and try lifting again
Slowly unwind the Cable and guide it off the Cable Drum. Retract the
Cable back on to the Cable Drum, ensuring neat winding
