The outside of the

outlet and contact qualified personnel
to check and repair the appliance
Remove fried food using suitable
utensils and allow the appliance / oil
to cool down completely before
removing the basket

This is normal. All handles, knobs and
buttons that you need to touch during
use will stay cool enough to touch.
Clean the lid by hand with some
washing-up liquid and a moist cloth
after every use. If there is water inside
the lid, try to shake the water out of it.
