AFETY EDGE IN OPENING (11-12)
When the safety edge is not in used, the contacts 11-
12 must be bridged.
NB: from modification SW.07 on cards KS and KS Super,
operation of fence is as follows:
- during opening stroke, if resistance is encountered, motion is
reversed to close;
- during closure stroke, if resistance is encountered; motion is
reversed to opening
- in case resistance load persists, a further inversion is initiated
after 2 seconds, followed by a third short inversion and thus
signalling an alarm for fence failure or jamming (contact NO).
- in case the fence remains blocked (contact NO), no further
motion is allowed.
