in. Screw fastener on clockwise to tighten.

Take the guard off and wipe it with a cloth or use a can of compressed air. Make sure the
front guard is completely dry before securing it back onto the fan.
4.
Wipe the fan blades (do not remove) with a damp cloth dipped in a light solution of
water and mild detergent.
5.
Make sure that NO WATER gets into the motor while cleaning.
6.
The blade and rear guard (cannot remove) must be completely dry when re-securing the
guard in place.
7.
Do not use any chemical cleaners such as acid, alcohol, etc, to clean the fan.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Do not attempt to open any part of the Motor Housing, as a risk of electrical
shock may exist. This product has been permanently lubricated at the factory and will not
require further lubrication for the life of the product. Additional lubrication of electric motor
parts could create a fire hazard.
1.
The product must be packaged in its original or similar box and stored in a room with low
humidity.
2.
Make sure the product is completely dry before using at any time
NOTE: If you experience a problem, please return the fan to the place of the original purchase.
Do not attempt to open the motor housing yourself, doing so may cause damage to the fan or
personal injury.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Remove the Angle Adjustment Knob from the Assembled Front/Rear Guards by turning it
counterclockwise.
2.
Align the ends of the Left Leg/Support and the Rear Support (see Fig.1). Press down on
the left Leg/Support's nub and push the Left Leg/Support into the Rear Support until the
nub snaps into place. The round hole in the Left Leg/Support aligns with the round hole in
the Rear Support.
3.
Repeat step 2 to connect the Right Leg/Support to the Rear Support. The Square hole in
the right Leg/support aligns with the square hole in the Rear Support.
4.
Align the sides of the assembled Front /Rear Guards with the corresponding holes on the
Left and Right Legs. Ensure the Angle Adjustment Knob gets through the outside of the
Legs and into the hole in the assembled Front /Rear Guards and Blade. Turn the Angle
Adjustment Knob clockwise to secure the Attachment (see Fig.2).
