• Do not use a compressor or a com-
pressed air bottle to inflate the arti-
cle. This can lead to damage.
• Ensure that the chambers are inflated
with air evenly and in the right order.
• Inflate the air chambers until they feel
firm. If you press your thumb onto the
air chambers you should still be able
to depress them easily.
Note: You need a pump with a standard con-
nection for the screw valve (4) on the reclining
surface and for the valve on the back section.
Inflate the air chambers in the following
order:
1. – Reclining surface
2. – Back section
Inflating the reclining surface
1. Open the closure cap (4a) on the screw valve
(4) by turning it anti-clockwise (figure B).
2. Inflate the reclining surface with the corre-
sponding pump.
3. After the nominal pressure is achieved close
the screw valve (4) again by turning it clock-
wise.
Note: If you do not have a manometer then you
can use your thumb to test the correct pressure.
To do this, press the inflated reclining surface
with your thumb. The reclining surface is correct-
ly inflated if it feels firm and can still be pressed
down easily with your thumb.
Inflating the back section
1. Open the valve closure (figure C).
2. Press the valve shaft (1b) together and inflate
the back section until it feels firm.
If you press your thumb onto the back section
you should still be able to depress it easily.
3. Close the valve closure and depress the valve
using light pressure (figure C).

Attaching the sunroof

Only attach the sunroof to the lounge island
when it is fully inflated. We recommend two
people attach the sunroof together. The rods
comprise several parts that are connected to one
another.
1. Insert the connected parts of the rods (3)
into one another.
2. Insert one rod each into a rod tunnel (2a)
(figure D).
3. Erect the sunroof over the lounge island (two
people should work together). Ensure that
the vision panel is behind the back section.
4. Insert the ends of the rods into the side plug
connections (1c) on the reclining surface (1)
(figure E).
Note: Please ensure that the ends are inserted
deep into the plug connection.
There are four attachment straps (2a) on the sun-
roof, each with one bar (2b) and one stopper
(2c).
5. Thread the bar (2b) through the hole on
the strap attachment (1d) and lay the bar
crosswise (figure F).
6. Repeat the process with all four straps.
7.
Press the stopper (2c) together and pull the
attachment strap (2a) through the stopper in
order to pull the sun sail tight (figure G).
Note: Please ensure that the stopper is on the
top of the sun sail.
8. Repeat the process on all four straps until
the sun sail is securely attached to the loun-
ge island.
9. Pull the cord (5) through the mountings (1e)
on the lounge island (figure H).
10. Knot the ends of the cord as shown in figure
J to make a reef knot (figure J).
