Inspection and maintenance instructions
Safety warning
Before inspection and maintenance work is carried out, appropriate measures
should be taken to remove all loads from the electric high-lift pallet truck.
Maintenance and inspection work
Check operating elements for faultless operation.
Check condition of the travelling rollers and roller axles
Grease joints and bearings
Check functioning of wheels and rollers
Check hydraulic system for leakage (Is the top lifting height
reached effortlessly?)
Check the set-up of the drain valve
Check all screw and bolt connections for tightness
Check all parts of the pallet truck for wear and replace
defective parts where necessary
Change oil in the hydraulic system
Check readability of type plate.
Authorise inspection by competent technical expert
The service life of yourhigh-lift pallet truck is limited. Worn parts must be
renewed in adequate time.
IV.
Servicing
1. OIL
The oil level should be checked every six months. The total volume of oil is approx.
0.3 litres. Top up the oil in the plastic tank to 5 mm below the maximum level after
first lowering the forks. The following oil types are to be used depending on the
temperature conditions.

-5°C – approx. +45° C
-15°C - approx. - 5° C
-25°C – approx. –15°C
NOTE: the properties and quality of the oils conform to standard DIN 51524 (III)-1990
and ISO/CD 11158-1990.
