A.2 Intended usage

The code terminal is intended for operation of the self-
service washing units by the user. In this regard, the code
terminal undertakes the following functions:
Starts a wash programme after a six-figure code number
has been entered
Prompts user by text displays
Interrupts the washing process by "Stop" button
Continues the interrupted wash process by "Start" button
Shuts down the washing unit in an emergency by means
of the EMERGENCY-STOP button
