The Lok-Bar™ is a component of an indexing system on the table top which allows for positioning of accessories.
CAUTION

Do not use to secure positioning devices.

Do not use device with unapproved accessories or devices.

Verify all angles of treatment and attenuation characteristics prior to treating patients.

NOTE: If any serious incident occurs in relation to device, incident should be reported to manufacturer. If incident
occurred within the European Union, also report to the competent authority of the Member State in which

USING Lok-Bar™
1. Snap Lok-Bar™ at appropriate longitudinal position. Ensure Lok-Bar™ is secure.
2. Place positioning accessory onto Lok-Bar™ pins.
USING COUCHTOP FIXATION
1. Attach side rail to positioning device.
2. Attach desired fixation piece to side rail.
