Adjusting the rear brake calliper
If the brake is too tight or too loose, use the
hex wrench to loosen screw (A), then
adjust the brake cable, (shorten the brake
cable upwards if it is too tight. If the wire is
too loose, pull it from the bottom end), then
tighten screw (A) again. If it is too loose or
too tight even after following the first step,
it may be necessary to adjust the fixed brake

pad: to do this, unscrew and remove screws
C and D, then remove the brake caliper from
the disc.

Use the hexagon wrench to move away
(counter-clockwise) or closer (clockwise) the
brake pad (B) (see picture).

Check that the brake caliper and the disc
are correctly fitted / aligned by turning the
wheel under no load while trying to brake.
Use screws C and D to adjust the position /
alignment on the disc and repeat the above
steps, if necessary.
