After successful Manual Cleaning, move onto the Disinfection
steps outlined In the next section.
Disinfection
1.
Immerse the EnCor™ Driver Bracket 180 (H) in a solution of
70% Isopropyl or Ethyl Alcohol for 10 minutes minimum. Ensure
the EnCor™ Driver Bracket 180 (H) is fully submerged in the
70% alcohol solution so there are no surfaces exposed to the
atmosphere.
2.
Remove the EnCor™ Driver Bracket 180 (H) from the solution
using hospital-grade forceps, place on a clean surface using
aseptic technique, and allow to air dry thoroughly.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance of the EnCor™ Driver Bracket 180 requires
careful handling and inspection. Particular care should be taken to
avoid damaging the mounting screws and mounting pins. If these
areas are damaged through improper handling (i.e., dropping,
brushing and/or cleaning with abrasives) the parts may not function
properly. Do not use the EnCor™ Driver Bracket 180 if there are any
signs of functional or material degradation. Contact your authorized
service BD representative for further instructions.
