Turn the mount ring counter-clockwise until it locks up tight. Tap the
mount ring ears with a hammer until the lock position is achieved.
The hopper projections must be to the extreme left of the mounting
slots.

Reconnect the discharge elbow (O) to the drain line. Use a wrench to
secure the drain line where it attaches to the disposal discharge tube. Do
not over-tighten. If you are connecting to a dishwasher, go to step 14. If
not connecting to dishwasher, go to step 15. If not, remove any tools,
packaging or materials used for installation from the sink. Make sure
all plumbing connections are tight and in accordance with all plumbing
codes and ordinances (if in doubt, contact a qualified plumber). Run
water and check for leaks. Then go to "Electrical Connections" section.
