USE
Turn the crankshaft sprocket central bolt in the normal
direction of engine rotation until the slot in the camshaft is in a
vertical position and the drilled hole (A) is to the right hand
side of the slot.
To lock the crankshaft in adjusting position, fit the Camshaft
Locking Tool (1), using the three bolts provided in the kit.
Fit the Crankshaft Locking Tool (2) onto the crankshaft
sprocket and engine using the four bolts provided in the kit.
Make sure the location peg on the sprocket is aligned to the
hole (B) drilled in the crankshaft locking tool.
Using the Tensioner Adjuster (3), maintain the tensioner
position whilst releasing the locking nut. Adjust the tensioner
so that the indicator slots (C) are aligned. Tighten the locking
nut to required torque.
