Marking/eroding a workpiece
– Place template 33 onto the workpiece. The tem-
plate must be level on the workpiece.
– Depending on the application, apply marking
agent 26 or eroding agent 27 onto the marking
felt 29 (figure
).

– Switch the device on and set the operating mode
with the mode selector switch 5 (red area):
Black line (marking function); the spot being
worked becomes darker and more intensive.
White line (eroding function); the spot being worked
becomes lighter and less intensive.
– Move the soaked marking felt over the template
(figure
).

Do not apply agent over the edges of the tem-
plate!
– After the working procedure, switch the device off
and insert handle 28 into the holder 11.
– Remove template 33 and clean the workpiece
surface with a moist cloth or sponge (figure
– Clean the template with clear water each time af-
ter using.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Before any work on the device, pull the mains plug.
For safe and proper working, always keep the
device clean.
When finished using the device, pull off the pad/
marking felt from the scraper.
Unscrew the cleaning/polishing agent tube.
Clean scraper with water.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing, repair should be carried
out by a Würth Master-Service agent.

tions from the date of purchase (proof of purchase
by invoice or delivery note). Damage that has oc-
curred will be corrected by replacement or repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or
improper handling is excluded from the warranty.
Claims can be recognised only when the tool is pre-
sented undisassembled to a Würth branch office or
a Würth field service employee.
