1.- Remove the packaging before using the appliance. Do not throw away the packaging until
having checked to see that the appliance works properly.
2.- Make sure to place the fryer over a flat, hard surface, avoiding extremely hot areas or other
dangerous elements. Verify that the connection cable and electric plug are in good
condition.
3.- Make sure that you have a space greater than 30 cm on both sides of the appliance,
especially in the front (user area), which should be spacious in order to avoid accidents and
injuries.
4.- Before starting it up for the first time, take out the container to cleaning.
5.- Once the tray is in position, insert the basket and pour an amount that does not reach the
"MAX" mark (approximately 2L). Do not exceed the "MAX" mark (5L) as this may cause
serious burns when the oil boils.
6.- Connect the plug to the mains
7.- Select working temperature, turning the temperature knob in a clockwise direction. Select
cooking time by turning the time knob in the same direction. A red and green light
will turn on in the front side of the main appliance.
