Cutting
Use only undamaged saw blades.
Deformed, blunt saw blades or saw blades that are
otherwise damaged can break. When cutting light
building materials, observe the legal provisions and
recommendations of the material suppliers.
Plunge cuts can only be used on soft materials such
as wood, plasterboard, etc.!
Before cutting with HCS saw blades in wood,
chipboard, building materials, etc., check that they do
not contain foreign objects such as nails, screws, etc.
If required, remove foreign objects or use saw blades
of quality 50CrV or higher.
Work with low and uniform pressure, otherwise the
application tool may block or resonate.
Grinding
1. Sanding accessories are suitable for dry sanding
of wood, metals, smaller areas, corners, edges and
hard-to-reach places.
2. You can fi nish the profi les and grooves using the tip
or edge of the selected accessory, which should be
rotated from time to time during use to distribute wear
on the accessory and the backing surface.
3. Always make sure that smaller workpieces are
securely attached to the workbench or other support.
Larger panels can be held in place on a workbench or
wood-cutting goat.
4. With the workpiece securely locked, turn on the
tool as described above.
5. Move the tool with long continuous strokes parallel
to the grain size and using a lateral movement to
overlap strokes of up to 75%. DO NOT PRESS ON
TOO - let the tool work. Excessive pressure will result
in poor handling, vibration and unwanted grinding
marks.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1) Disconnect the power cord from the power supply
before working on the tool.
2) For safe and correct work, always keep the tool
and the ventilation hole clean.
3) Regularly check the grilles near the engine and
around the on / off switch for dust or foreign matter.
Use a soft brush to clean up accumulated dust. Wear
safety goggles when cleaning.
4) If the tool body needs to be cleaned, wipe it with a
soft damp cloth. A mild detergent can be used, but do
not use detergents based on alcohol, petrol, etc.
5) Never use corrosive agents to clean plastic parts.
6) Regularly lubricate all moving parts.
CAUTION Water must never come into contact with
the tool.
If the supply cord of the power tool is damaged,
it must be replaced by a specially prepared cord
available from a service organization.
Storage when not used for a long time
Do not store the tool in a place where the temperature
is high.
If possible, store the device in a place with a constant
temperature and humidity.

Caution: The vibration level may vary during power
tool operation from the declared value depending on
the way the power tool is used and depending on the
following conditions: Method of power tool use and
type of material being cut or drilled, conditions of the
power tool and method of its maintenance, appro-
priateness of the used accessories and ensuring its
sharpness and good conditions, the strength of handle
gripping, use of anti-vibration equipment, suitability of
the power tool for the purpose for which it has been
designed and compliance with workfl ows according to
manufacturer's instructions.
If this power tool is used in an inappropriate manner, a
hand/shoulder vibration syndrome may appear.
Caution: For clarifi cation, it is necessary to consider
the level of vibrations in specifi c conditions of use in all
operating modes, e.g. the time when the power tool is
switched off except for the operation time, and when
it idles, i.e. performs no work. This may substantially
