Lower the tailgate and remove all tailgate accessories. Clean
your truck bed and tailgate with soap and water or TechCare
Gentle Car Shampoo. Dry thoroughly before installation.

Using the supplied Torx Bit and a ¼" socket, remove the
tailgate's factory bolts, setting them aside for a later step.

For spray-in bed liners, prep the surface with the supplied
Primer 94. First, shake the ampule and then push the center
to crack open. Apply to the area the extrusion will occupy and
let stand for 5 minutes or until dry. Then, place the extrusion
against the edge with the opening facing the front of the
vehicle and centered on the tailgate. Slowly remove the
adhesive backing, pressing frmly as you go.

Installation Instructions

Place Tailgate TechLiner on a dry fat surface. Unfold and lay
out to fatten by placing small weights at each corner. For best
results, lay liner in the sun. Locate the hook and loop pads on
the bottom of the Tailgate TechLiner – keep them clean and
do not remove the backing yet.

For standard painted surfaces, unroll the extrusion and discard
the plastic tube, being careful to avoid kinking the extrusion.
Place extrusion against the edge with the opening facing the
front of the vehicle and centered on the tailgate. Slowly remove
the adhesive backing, pressing frmly as you go.

Lay the Tailgate TechLiner with the hook and loop pads face-
down, ensuring that the holes in the liner are lined up with the
bolt holes.
