The exhaust system gets very hot when the vehicle is driven.
- Let the exhaust system cool down. Do not touch hot parts.
- Remove springs .
- Loosen screw .
- Remove screw .
- Release screw .
- Remove screw .
- Pull the header out of rubber sleeve
- Grease the O-rings (preassembled) of the header.
Long-life grease, e.g. Motorex Bike Grease 2000
- Push the header into the rubber sleeve
- Mount the original springs
and remove it.
